Zoo Overnight May 11th
We have the opportunity to have a campout at the Santa Barbara Zoo on May 11th beginning at 6:30 p.m. and ending May 12th at 10:30 a.m (Mother’s Day). Since so many scouts have sports, a close camping event that takes place after many of the scouts meets/games, the zoo seemed to be a good place to try and get another camping night in before the summer. In order to reserve we need a minimum of 15 people willing to attend. Safari Sleepovers include Zoo tours, up-close animal encounters, special behind-the-scenes experiences, train ride, an evening treat, a hot breakfast after you’ve spent the night at the Zoo, and admission to the Zoo for the following day. The cost is $80 pp for scout troops.
